Pop Into the Kitchen to Whip Up This Sea Salt Caramel Almond Popcorn

  • 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 Quest Sea Salt Caramel Snack Bars


  1. Place a bottom-heavy pot over low-medium heat.
  2. Once the pot is hot, add the kernels and gently shake the pot every 5-10 seconds until the kernels start to pop (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Preheat a large pot with a tight-fitting lid over low heat.
  4. Once Kernels start to pop, continue shaking until they have all popped and then transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  5. In another bowl, stir together the almond butter, coconut oil and stevia.
  6. Drizzle half of it over the popcorn and use a large spatula to stir everything together until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  7. Add in the remaining mixture and stir until well coated.
  8. Chop the bars into small pieces and toss them into the popcorn.
  9. Serve!
