Ingredients:

16 oz of whatever healthy pasta you like!
Veggies like spinach, broccoli and peas
garlic
olive oil
salt/pepper

Sesame Noodles:
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 tbsp sesame oil
5 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp honey (or whatever sweetener)

Vodka Sauce:
3/4 cup (105g) raw cashews
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1.5 cups plant based milk (or water)
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1.25 cups marinara sauce

Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves
2 cups plant based milk
1 cup water (or 3 cups of water if you don’t have milk)
1 small head of cauliflower (500g)
1 tsp salt
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
